KNOW YOUR VEGGIEs!

Working with SNAP-ED, MFC volunteers developed the Know Your Veggies booklet including photos, information, and recipes for 50 types of gleaned vegetables.

Know Your Veggies II adds plants from the plant library at Curtis Memorial Library, and other common fruits, nuts, grains, legumes, and vegetables beyond those included in the original publication.
